Methods of application:

• For air aromatization
• For dry or steam sauna
• For splashing onto heated sauna stones
• For application on sauna benches, walls or floors
• For bath (6-7 drops, when mixed with other oils, especially those that can cause irritating effect: 1-3 drops)
• For massage (1-6 drops, when mixed with base oil 1-3 drops per 2 tablespoons of oil)
