Rhodingitis - a metamorphic rock formed by the change of deep magmatic rocks under the influence of high pressure, high temperature and hydrothermal acid solutions. It contains amphibole minerals, feldspar and pyroxene. Garnet and chromium vesuvian are also found along with the latter. These rocks are resistant to wear and tear. It has a low coefficient of heat expansion, which prolongs the life of the stone in saunas and saunas.

The steam obtained from rodingitis is considered healing. Rhodingitis vapor boosts immunity, restores the cardiovascular system and has a beneficial effect on respiratory function.
