It is naturally reasonable in these cases to maintain a certain distance from the surfaces to be coated to the inner salt surface. Functionally, this distance is in fact not only a convection channel for the passage of air, which removes the temperature, both from the salt elements themselves and from the surface protected with their help, but also provides additional evaporation and transfer of microelements with convection flows from the inside of the salt lining to the steam room. premises. In the case of wall panels or wall cladding with salt blocks, this distance can be used for installing decorative lighting systems in it.

Taking into account the solution of these problems, Inzhkomtsentr developed and tested a universal, non-adhesive bracket system for unloaded mounting of salt plates for facing flat surfaces. The versatility of the system lies in the fact that the load of only 5 salt plates 200x100x50 is distributed on one wall bracket made of stainless steel 1mm and 1m long, and the system itself can be typed in any size, both in width and height. Sliding the salt blocks with cuts along the brackets makes it possible not only to easily cover both vertical and horizontal surfaces, but also selectively, if necessary, replace any block without general dismantling of the panel. This can be especially important when using this system in versions with a Russian bath, in conditions with particularly high humidity, or in case of systemic ingress of water on the salt blocks. Significantly damaged, worn out or simply disliked blocks can be easily replaced. By the way, "losing weight" in the bath salt block is your health. In addition to wall options for salt lining, Inzhkomtsentr has now developed and is already producing two original models of electric furnaces in salt lining.
